Primjena Business Intelligence u hotelijerstvu

Laser*BI je cjelovito rješenje poslovne inteligencije ("business intelligence") koji daje podršku hotelskoj industriji pri realizaciji zacrtane strategije i pripadajućih poslovnih ciljeva. Koncept organiziranog, sustavnog i legalnog prikupljanja, analiziranja i upotrebe informacijskih resursa sa ciljem donošenja bržih i kvalitetnijih poslovnih odluka u funkciji postizanja bolje konkurentnosti. Osnovni izvor podataka za Laser*BI jest transakcijski sustav, Laser*ERP kojeg čini skup aplikacijskih modula integriranih u jednu cjelinu. Laser*BI nastao je u suradnji s poslovnim korisnicima renomiranih hotelijersko-ugostiteljskih kuća čiji informacijski sustav Laserline već niz godina održava.

The main data source for Laser * BI is the transaction system, Laser * ERP consisting of a set of application modules integrated into one unit. Laser * BI was developed in collaboration with business users of renowned hotel management companies, whose information system Laserline for many years maintained.
