Sada radi kao Senior Consulting Contracts Manager za jugoistočnu Europu i baltičke zemlje. Osim u Oracle Hrvatska ima višegodišnje radno iskustvo i u drugim radnim sredinama (Končar, Infosistem), primarno vezano uz informatiku.

M. Sc. Mladen Lađarević has been working for more than 15 years in Oracle Croatia d.o.o. in various responsible roles. Currently he is in a role of Senior Consulting Contracts Manager for South East Europe and the Baltic countries. In addition to his working experience in Oracle Croatia he has the perennial working experience in other companies (Končar, Infosistem), primarily related to IT.
